About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. As an SDR you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts and initiating contact through phone, email and social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects to assess needs, budget and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
- Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development or telesales.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
