About the role

A leading Namibian multi‑sector organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution across digital marketing, brand management, communications, content development, and campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and optimise the marketing budget for maximum impact.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Oversee digital presence, including website, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
• Create high‑quality marketing content such as articles, newsletters, press releases, and presentations.
• Support sales teams with collateral, lead‑generation initiatives, and customer feedback analysis.
• Coordinate corporate events, media relations, and CSR communications.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior‑level role.
• Commercially minded with a strong digital focus.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑industry environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills with executive leadership.
