IT Sales Representative – Drive Revenue Growth

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Representative to join our sales team and accelerate revenue growth by selling our portfolio of IT products and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a target‑driven environment, has a passion for technology, and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads, generating new revenue streams based on customer needs.
• Provide sales support across all business units and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain professional networks with clients and prospects.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints effectively.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, manage tender documentation, and co‑approve final submissions.
• Collect, analyse, and report sales data, including regular financial reviews.
• Attend local and international conferences, industry events, and product training sessions.
• Organise client events and collaborate with pre‑sales teams on solution designs.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for the upcoming year and achieve the annual sales quota.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Target‑oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of sales and marketing experience.
• Technical knowledge of HPE products is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of HPE products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM software.
