German‑Speaking Customer Service Agent (Windhoek, Namibia)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our aviation‑focused customer service team in Windhoek. The role involves assisting passengers with flight enquiries, reservations, and after‑sales support while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in German and English.
• Assist customers with flight enquiries, bookings, amendments and re‑bookings.
• Provide professional after‑sales support and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• C1 level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Namibian citizen, permanent resident, or domicile resident.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
