German-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join a fast‑growing European consumer lifestyle and wellness brand. Working remotely during CET business hours, you will be the primary point of contact for German‑language customers, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and other written channels in German, promptly and professionally.
• Resolve issues, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and flag recurring problems to the broader team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German speaker.
• Proven experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Excellent written German – clear, professional, and warm.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling pressure and difficult interactions.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday CET business hours.
