Freelance Social Media Manager

About the role

Nuka Nuka Social Media Agency is seeking an experienced freelance Social Media Manager to join its agile team in Windhoek. You will be responsible for both organic social media management and paid digital advertising, helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Plan, write and schedule engaging content and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create, launch and optimise Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing and optimise budgets.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Handle community engagement and maintain professional brand presence.
• Collaborate with the creative production team to produce high‑performing content.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience managing multiple business social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth and platform best practices.
• Analytical, results‑driven and commercially minded.
• Highly organised, proactive and client‑focused.
