About the role
The Driver Trainer is responsible for coordinating, planning and delivering training programs for drivers and operators, ensuring high standards of driving performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan and conduct driver/operator training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the driving performance of drivers and operators.
- Develop and update training programs to meet operational needs.
