Customer Support Associate

About the role

This entry‑level, part‑time remote position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in customer service. You will be the friendly, reliable point of contact for users of our digital products, handling inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions across multiple channels (chat, email, WhatsApp, phone).
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Return calls to interested customers, guide them through onboarding and product usage.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve support processes.

Required profile

• Recent diploma or degree in a numerate or analytical field (IT, computer science, business, finance, economics, engineering, sciences).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional Namibian language is a plus.
• Warm, patient communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Organised with good attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Reliable, able to work independently from home and has a functional laptop.
