Country Manager

About the role

AB InBev is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead sustainable revenue growth and market execution in the assigned country. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on customer service to drive both short‑term results and long‑term brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the country business plan to exceed sales targets.
• Lead, coach and build capability across sales regions to deliver on AB InBev’s growth objectives.
• Manage operating expense and capital investment budgets.
• Design and execute Route‑to‑Market, channel and promotional strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with national and regional key accounts.
• Drive short‑ and long‑term Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
• Maintain deep market knowledge of shoppers, consumers, competitors and categories.
• Engage with local stakeholders such as government, media and major businesses.

Required profile

• Relevant three‑year business degree.
• Extensive FMCG experience with proven AB InBev product and industry knowledge.
• Strong analytical ability, business acumen and negotiation expertise.
• Senior‑level management experience with a track record of leading large teams.
• Understanding of corporate governance in line with AB InBev policies.

Required skills

• Experience with AB InBev systems such as Syspro and IBIS (advantageous).
• Six Sigma certification or methodology knowledge (advantageous).
