Client Service Consultant

About the role

As a Client Service Consultant you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a positive experience by understanding their needs, providing accurate product information and resolving issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach.
• Handle basic and advanced customer issues such as returns, exchanges and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Make outbound calls to allocated prospects to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Enter accurate data into the CRM system after each interaction.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Support renewals by delivering exceptional service that encourages continued use of our products.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory codes and procedural standards.
• Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve technical and process skills.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Grade 12 qualification with a minimum of 25 points.
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer relationship building.
• Experience with the local vernacular is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems for data entry and customer management.
