Client Service Consultant – Customer Care

About the role

The Client Service Consultant will deliver exceptional service to Old Mutual customers, ensuring they receive accurate product information and timely support. This role focuses on building strong relationships, handling inquiries, and processing orders while adhering to service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed product and portfolio information to customers and intermediaries.
• Process benefit payments and customer orders within agreed service level agreements.
• Handle routine administrative tasks, follow‑ups, and policy updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Respond to basic and advanced customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers through calls and in‑person visits.
• Enter and update relevant data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Grade 12 qualification with at least 25 points.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet business targets and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS package).
