Business Solutions Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer‑focused Business Solutions Analyst to lead software implementations, improve business processes, and deliver tailored technology solutions for our retail clients. The role combines problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement, and translation of business needs into practical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and engage with clients to understand existing processes.
• Design and implement business solutions using Arch Enterprise.
• Collaborate with clients, IT teams, developers, and management throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate solution testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage implementation projects and support change‑management initiatives.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to clients.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.

Required profile

• Grade 12/N3 qualification or an IT Degree/Diploma.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (or 5 years of technical experience).
• Retail industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and designing business solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Training and facilitation skills.
• Clean criminal record and reliable internet connectivity for remote work.
