About the role

We’re hiring an Aurik Business Accelerator Executive in Windhoek. This is an opportunity for a high‑energy, commercially minded relationship‑builder to work directly with established Namibian business owners and help them grow revenue, profitability and time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients.
• Understand the challenges holding their businesses back.
• Present customised growth plans.
• Guide business owners through the Aurik application and onboarding process.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients.

Required profile

• Empathetic and commercially curious.
• Confident speaking with business owners and well‑presented.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing deals at different stages.
• Fluent in the language of business and enjoys understanding people and their challenges.
