Key responsibilities

• Implement leading data and analytics‑based audit tools and approaches during audit execution.
• Manage engagement economics, communicate significant issues to managers, partners and clients.
• Lead audit teams, set engagement strategy, oversee execution and conclude on financial statements.
• Apply risk management policies, professional scepticism and global/local independence rules.
• Assist partners in generating new business opportunities and building client networks.
• Enhance EY’s brand positioning through strong external relationships.

Required profile

Required skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(Nam)) or ACCA membership.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, including IFRS 9 and IFRS 7.
• Detailed knowledge of risk‑based auditing and risk‑control strategies.
• Familiarity with Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) procedures.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements.
