Workshop Manager – After Sales (Windhoek)

About the role

We are looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our After‑Sales workshop in Windhoek. The role involves overseeing daily vehicle bookings, coordinating service workflow and ensuring high‑quality technical support for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer communication and vehicle booking processes.
• Plan and control workshop service workflow and Work‑In‑Progress reporting.
• Oversee warranty system, campaign handling and VOSP progress updates.
• Motivate, advise and supervise all workshop staff and drive training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with productivity tracking tools and safety regulations, conducting regular audits.
• Coordinate service and parts departments, monitor profitability and control operational costs.
• Maintain workshop fleet inspections and manage monthly cost reporting.
• Order necessary tools, equipment and products from suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar workshop management role.
• Grade 12 (High School) and Level 3 qualification in Diesel Mechanics or Auto Electrical.
• Proven hands‑on technical knowledge of diesel and automotive systems.
• Strong team coordination and supervisory abilities.
