Wheel Alignment Technician – Rosh Pinah, Namibia

About the role

The Wheel Alignment Technician ensures vehicles are safely and accurately aligned according to manufacturer specifications. This position supports customer satisfaction by extending tyre life and improving vehicle handling. The role is based on‑site at the Rosh Pinah facility.

Key responsibilities

• Fit and remove tyres, mount new tyres on rims, clean and paint rims, and ensure proper balancing.
• Inflate tyres and perform pressure and torque checks to manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles for alignment issues, operate alignment machines, and adjust caster, camber, toe‑in and toe‑out settings.
• Communicate findings to customers, advise the site supervisor, and provide friendly service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, store tools correctly, and keep equipment in good condition.
• Follow health and safety regulations, use personal protective equipment, and complete required documentation such as tyre change slips and survey reports.

Required profile

• Standard seven or equivalent qualification.
• Basic English literacy.
• Personal attributes: honesty, integrity, and ability to work as a team player.
