Tourpusher – Drilling Supervisor

About the role

Saipem is seeking an experienced Tourpusher to lead drilling, well completion and work‑over operations on offshore and onshore rigs. You will coordinate crew activities, ensure safety compliance and drive efficient execution of the well program.

Key responsibilities

• Operate draw work during drilling and complex manoeuvres.
• Handle and operate all drilling‑related tools and equipment safely.
• Receive handover from the previous shift, verify equipment status and maintain continuity.
• Apply well‑control and drilling operational procedures, including BOP testing and diverter system operation.
• Monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables for drilling equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years in a supervisory drilling role on 6th or 7th generation semisubmersibles or drillships.
• Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control certification (Supervisor Level – Surface & Subsea).
• Proven experience with Aker cyberbase drilling systems and deep‑water subsea BOP stacks.
