Temporary ICT Security Officer (Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary ICT Security Officer to join our team on a fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on day‑to‑day support for monitoring and maintaining the organisation’s information security controls, helping to protect critical data and ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security tools and alerts to detect potential threats.
• Maintain and update ICT security measures, including firewalls, anti‑malware solutions and access controls.
• Assist in the protection of information assets by applying security policies and procedures.
• Support security awareness initiatives and help educate staff on best practices.
• Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, documentation and remediation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in information security and a solid understanding of basic security concepts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with IT and business teams.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
