Telesales Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Clerk to sell services and solutions over the phone, process orders and handle customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and provide regular feedback to customers and colleagues.
• Manage communication channels including calls, faxes, and emails.
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Meet sales budgets and upsell to expand the product basket.
• Conduct stock takes when required and activate new products and wine ranges.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Previous sales experience (mandatory).
• Telephone sales training (beneficial).
• FMCG or teleseller experience (advantageous).
• Computer literacy.
• Preference for candidates with experience within the Seapride group.
