Telesales Agent – Financial Services

About the role

MMN Holdings is looking for experienced Telesales Agents to promote and sell a range of financial products. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, providing after‑sales service, and supporting clients to improve their financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients, present product features and benefits, and conduct affordability analyses to match solutions to client needs.
• Provide accurate financial advice, including tax and legal implications, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Capture client information and sales activity in the company system, and complete all administrative and reporting tasks within set timeframes.
• Achieve production, quality and conversion targets while adhering to compliance standards.
• Investigate and resolve client queries, escalating when necessary, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑effective solutions, contribute to risk identification, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial advisory or financial services, with a strong track record of client acquisition and retention.
• Relevant qualifications such as a B Degree in Financial Planning, Business, Finance or Economics, a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance, and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) registration.
