About the role

Join Lovisa’s vibrant store team as a Part‑Time Team Member and help customers discover the latest fashion jewellery. You’ll work in a lively, on‑trend environment where delivering an excellent customer experience is key.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fashion‑focused service to every customer.
• Sell jewellery and accessories while staying up‑to‑date with current trends.
• Perform the in‑store piercing service safely and professionally.
• Replenish stock on the floor throughout the shift.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards at opening and closing.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and shoppers.

• Strong desire to help and guide customers.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of the latest trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, face‑to‑face retail environment.
