System Analyst – Business & Technical Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a System Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to design, implement, and improve complex, secure systems that support our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business and system processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct impact analysis to support solution and business decisions.
• Liaise between business management, users, developers/vendors and testers to gather, document and communicate requirements.
• Create and review functional designs, prototypes and assist in design and testing of scalable solutions.
• Design and implement new system processes, integration logic and configuration changes.
• Maintain technical and process documentation and propose system improvements.
• Train key stakeholders on new system and process changes.
• Create, maintain and review test scenarios and cases to ensure coverage of requirements.
• Extract and analyse data for reporting, migration, troubleshooting and correction.
• Provide sanity testing during deployments and support escalated queries.
