Stores Supervisor – Tyre Inventory Management

About the role

The Stores Supervisor is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of tyres at the Windhoek facility. You will ensure accurate inventory records, maintain neat storage conditions, and support the branch manager in daily stock operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify incoming tyre deliveries for correct quantity, size, and order numbers.
• Document and cross‑check all delivery paperwork, notifying management of any short deliveries.
• Maintain orderly storage of tyres, including special orders and second‑hand tyres.
• Perform daily stock counts, update computer systems, and reconcile any variances immediately.
• Process stock releases only on approved requests and ensure correct re‑threading and labeling.
• Handle master control books, invoices, and scrap tyre approvals according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to work without defects.
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, management, and sales representatives.
