Senior Sales Manager (Transactional Banking)

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a specialised team responsible for provincial transactional products sales and Third Party Fund Administration (TPFA) initiatives. The role focuses on aligning tactical plans with business objectives, managing risk and cost considerations, and driving revenue growth across electronic banking and cash solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define regional sales targets and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Adopt a client‑centric approach to deliver appropriate cash and electronic banking solutions.
• Acquire new customers, including cash acquisition, while retaining existing cash clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as provincial sales teams, payroll companies, accounting firms, and acquisition teams.
• Ensure a robust sales pipeline that can be converted into transactional revenue to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce or related degree.
• 7‑10 years of experience in market insight, strategic selling, and solution design.
• Proven ability to integrate ESG priorities into client engagements.
• Strong decision‑making, insight‑providing, and opportunity‑seizing capabilities.
