Senior Collections Administrator

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a Senior Collections Administrator to manage daily collections administration tasks, including payroll and EFT collections, legal recoveries, and client account management. The role focuses on meeting collection targets and ensuring high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily collections administration tasks in payroll, EFT collections, and legal recoveries, including pay‑date management.
• Create employer profiles, compile and dispatch monthly instalment due lists, and make outbound calls according to schedules.
• Follow up on arrear instalments, ensure correct allocation of receipts, and resolve client queries.
• Drive proactive management of assigned portfolio and provide ad‑hoc and weekly reporting as required.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Grade with a minimum of 25 points.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyse, interpret and act on client accounts.
• Strong administrative and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
