Senior Administrator – Servicing

About the role

The Senior Administrator – Servicing will deliver a positive customer experience for Old Mutual's Corporate Segment. You will handle client enquiries across multiple channels, provide specialist product knowledge and support junior agents while ensuring service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via telephone, email and in‑person, adhering to procedural and productivity standards.
• Manage inbound calls, claims enquiries and general product questions for the Corporate Segment.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and maintain accurate logs of all interactions.
• Mentor and guide Junior Call Centre Agents, overseeing call queues to meet SLA targets.
• Perform additional duties as required and take ownership of service delivery and personal output quality.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Grade 12 qualification with at least 25 points; tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the retirement fund industry (advantageous).
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans; additional local languages are a plus.
• Strong client‑care orientation, excellent telephone etiquette and proven ability to meet tough business targets.
