Sales Representative – Okahandja

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive sales volumes for Namibia Breweries Limited’s portfolio by building strong relationships with customers in the Okahandja area. The role also supports the Sponsorships & Events department, the distribution chain, and identifies new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit formal, informal and off‑consumption outlets to promote and sell the company’s products.
• Achieve distribution, forward‑share and promotional targets set for the territory.
• Implement market segmentation policy and manage ROI and POS material usage.
• Execute promotions in line with national and regional plans.
• Maintain accurate budgets, administrative records and support the Sales Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Valid B/BE driver’s licence.
• Indigenous language proficiency is an advantage.
