Sales Representative – Namibia

About the role

As a Sales Representative for Bridgestone in Namibia, you will generate leads, engage potential customers, present our tyre and related solutions, and close sales deals. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships across Windhoek and Mbabane.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and execute agreed‑upon sales action plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and promote the full range of Bridgestone products.
• Conduct regular high‑frequency customer visits, understand needs, and offer competitive solutions.
• Coordinate tyre testing, surveys, and breakdown support with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle customer complaints, claims, and after‑sales follow‑up on retreads, surveys, and scrap reports.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, signed delivery documents, daily banking, and up‑to‑date customer files.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, manage safe handling, transport, and storage of goods.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and make regular offers to retain customers.

Required profile

• Post‑matric qualification (e.g., high school diploma).
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar sales environment.
• Fluent in English and any local language.
