Sales Advisor (27-40hr) – Maerua Mall, Namibia

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join The Body Shop at Maerua Mall in Windhoek. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service, share detailed product knowledge and drive sales through effective cross‑selling and up‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales by actively cross‑selling and up‑selling products.
• Maintain a tidy, appealing shopping environment and adhere to store operating procedures to minimise loss and shrinkage.
• Execute promotional events and daily store requirements.
• Build brand loyalty and increase profitability through excellent customer interactions.
• Ensure continuity of high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification (essential).
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience in cosmetics or retail sales is desirable.

Required skills

• Good understanding of retail principles and stock management.
• Ability to apply selling techniques effectively.
• Computer literacy.
