SaaS Sales Representative

About the role

ExactusPay is seeking a temporary, remote SaaS Sales Representative to drive outbound and inbound sales for its global payroll and workforce management platform. You will engage prospects, qualify leads, deliver product demos, and guide customers through the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer‑success team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts and qualify inbound leads across multiple time zones.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations of the ExactusPay platform.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline health.
• Collaborate with customer‑success, product, and marketing teams for seamless handoffs.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience in a SaaS or B2B environment, including lead generation and deal closing.
• Experience training customers or internal teams on software platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time across different zones.
• Familiarity with global payroll, HR tech, fintech, or workforce‑management solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
