Ambrosia Restaurant at Artemis Hotel Swakopmund is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is found in the details — a warm welcome, a well‑run service, a motivated team, and guests who leave wanting to return.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operation.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Work well under pressure and confidently handle a busy service.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and hotel management teams to deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Confident, hands‑on leader with strong people skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, stock and cost control.
• Comfortable managing and training a service team.
• Proactive, organised and solutions‑driven.
• Genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality.
