Remote AI Quality Analyst – German Language

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote AI Quality Analyst who is fluent in German to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will assess how effectively the model leverages data from past Gemini conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube to deliver more relevant and helpful responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts based on your personal experiences using your primary Google account.
• Evaluate model responses for grounding, integration, and helpfulness, reviewing side‑by‑side (SxS) outputs.
• Write clear, concise rationales for rankings, referencing specific turn numbers.
• Identify incorrect personalization, poor inferences, and forced connections.
• Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with a global, 24‑hour operations team.

Required profile

• High‑level German reading and writing proficiency.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable data sources for genuine assessment.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative prompt engineering and solid evaluation acumen.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.
• Reliable desktop/laptop setup with a good internet connection.
