About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote AI Quality Analyst fluent in German to evaluate a new personalization feature for its Gemini model. You will use your own Google account data to test how well the model integrates past conversations, Gmail, Search, and YouTube activity into more relevant responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn prompts based on personal experiences to challenge the Gemini model.
• Assess model outputs on dimensions such as grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Compare side‑by‑side responses and identify subtle differences in naturalness and over‑narration.
• Write clear, structured rationales for rankings, referencing specific turn numbers.
• Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve personalization quality.

Required profile

• High‑level proficiency in reading and writing German.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable data sources for authentic testing.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone for a 24‑hour global operations team.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate nuanced AI responses.
• Creative prompt‑engineering experience and meticulous attention to detail.
