Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the designated region, driving growth and delivering strong financial results. The role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management and close collaboration with supply‑chain functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in line with the national plan.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts with regional accounts.
• Forecast sales volume and product demand, feeding data into national planning processes.
• Implement pricing strategy and monitor competitor activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their operations and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate regional marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Manage stock availability and oversee the regional order‑taking process.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure strict adherence to the customer service policy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management within a supply‑chain or distribution environment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to analyse market data, forecast demand and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functional teams.
