Procurement / Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

Toradex is seeking a Procurement / Supply Chain Assistant to support its global supply chain operations. This entry‑level position will handle day‑to‑day procurement, planning, and logistics tasks, ensuring smooth material flow and accurate documentation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create, release, and maintain purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods based on inputs from strategic and tactical procurement.
• Monitor open purchase orders, confirm delivery schedules with suppliers, and update the ERP system.
• Track and resolve deviations in confirmations, such as delays or quantity/price issues.
• Maintain ERP master data, including vendor details, material specifications, pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
• Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, and support accounting in resolving mismatches.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory management, including cycle counts, stock transfers, and returns processing.
• Support inbound logistics by tracking shipments, verifying shipping documents, and coordinating with external 3PL providers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up with internal and external partners.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of procurement, planning, and logistics processes.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for order processing and master data maintenance.
