Procurement & Logistics Administrator – Luxury Safari Lodge

About the role

Onguma Game Reserve is seeking a highly organised Procurement & Logistics Administrator to manage the sourcing and delivery of furniture, décor, linen and operational supplies across its luxury lodges. This role blends operational precision with a strong aesthetic sense to ensure every item meets five‑star guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from approval through to final delivery.
• Source guest‑facing replacement items that match the existing aesthetic and quality standards.
• Coordinate suppliers, freight companies and lodge deliveries, ensuring accurate labelling for each lodge and department.
• Track orders, reconcile procurement documentation and supplier invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with procurement planning.
• Maintain supplier relationships and proactively resolve delivery issues.
• Support the Interior Decorator during soft refurbishments and décor refresh projects.

Required profile

• Natural eye for design, quality and aesthetic consistency in a luxury lodge environment.
• Strong hospitality background with knowledge of luxury guest‑facing standards.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, buying or supply‑chain management, preferably within luxury hospitality, lodges or hotels.
• Experience with FF&E, interiors or décor sourcing is a strong advantage.
