About the role

Join Lovisa’s vibrant store team as a Part‑Time Retail Team Member. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the latest fashion jewellery and providing a friendly, on‑trend shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through fashion advice.
• Perform in‑store piercing services safely and professionally.
• Replenish stock on the floor and keep displays tidy.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness during opening and closing procedures.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Represent the brand authentically and enjoy the work environment.

Required profile

• Strong desire to help and guide customers.
• Motivation to achieve sales results.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Proven performance in a face‑to‑face customer environment.
