Parts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our internal workshop and external counter parts sales in Windhoek. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal (workshop) and external (counter) parts sales in line with company strategy.
• Achieve parts sales targets and grow the customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention.
• Coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and control invoices and credit notes with accuracy.
• Handle creditors and debtors reconciliation, follow up on outstanding payments, and report receivables.
• Provide quotations, pricing recommendations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and demand to optimise parts availability and pricing.
• Inform customers when parts arrive and coordinate collections or deliveries.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with a pass in English.
• 3‑5 years’ experience in parts sales or commercial roles.
• Valid driver’s licence (Code B) with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial focus.
• Target‑driven, proactive attitude.
• Leadership and people‑management capabilities.
