About the role

Join Best Service Team (BST) as an Outbound Call Sales Agent focused on the German market. Working remotely, you will engage B2B prospects, introduce innovative service solutions, and help world‑class brands expand their reach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to German prospects, presenting BST’s products and services with enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and move conversations toward closing.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and refine sales strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
