OTR Tyre Serviceman – Rosh Pinah (Namibia)

About the role

The Tyre Serviceman works on‑site at the Rosh Pinah location, delivering tyre fitting, repair and maintenance services for a range of vehicles. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the role requires adherence to Bridgestone and client policies while providing high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Fit and remove wheels, mount and strip tyre‑rim assemblies according to procedures.
• Perform tyre and tube repairs, conduct equipment checks and calibrations.
• Operate forklifts and tyre handlers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain tyre operating pressures and record all tyre changes accurately.
• Carry out inspections, clean and paint rim components, and ensure suitability of wheel parts.

Required profile

• Valid Namibia Code B or BE light‑vehicle driver’s licence.
• Grade 12 National Certificate.
• Preferred: minimum two years OTR tyre fitting experience.
• Ability to work under supervision, demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn.
