Mental Health Specialist for Employee Wellness Programs

About the role

Company Wellness Solutions is seeking qualified mental health professionals to join its network and deliver employee wellness services across Namibia. As a Mental Health Specialist you will support corporate clients through counselling, case management and crisis intervention as part of their Employee Assistance Programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions for employees.
• Design and facilitate wellness days and mental‑health workshops.
• Manage cases, follow‑up on client progress and maintain confidential records.
• Respond to crisis situations and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with corporate HR teams to tailor wellness programmes to organisational needs.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a related field.
• Professional registration where applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in workplace wellness or Employee Assistance Programs is an advantage.
