About the role

The Luxury Boutique is looking for a Manager‑Trainer to oversee store operations, ensure accurate inventory handling and provide training on cash procedures. The role combines supervisory duties with hands‑on financial control in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the external appearance of merchandise and verify article codes during transfers.
• Prepare and pack shipping documents, ensuring correct packaging and timely dispatch.
• Maintain price tags, replace outdated ones, and keep pricing information up‑to‑date.
• Track inventory movements, record stock balances and generate regular reports.
• Control cash registers, payment terminals and related financial documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong numeracy skills and high sense of responsibility.
• Higher education and proficient language abilities.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RRO (cash register) operation.
• Understanding of cash handling rules, receipt issuance and fund security.
• Experience with 1C accounting software, cash registers and payment terminals.
