Marketing Intern

About the role

The Marketing Intern role at Prime Talent is a part‑time remote position focused on supporting marketing initiatives that promote the company’s HR solutions and brand. The intern will assist with market research, data analysis, and the preparation of reports and insights to help drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research and gather/analyze data on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Prepare reports and insights based on research findings.
• Support marketing campaigns, draft basic marketing content, and coordinate social media and email initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and maintain accurate outreach records.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align messaging.
• Contribute ideas to improve engagement with prospective and existing clients.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret market research data.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategy to support lead generation and campaign planning.
• Basic proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (email, spreadsheets, online project platforms).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (beneficial but not required).
