About the role

IDinsight is inviting experienced managers to join its talent pool for future senior positions across Africa and Asia. This evergreen posting allows candidates to express interest in contributing to the organization’s data‑driven impact work.

Key responsibilities

• Support IDinsight’s global operations by leading or contributing to data and evidence projects.
• Collaborate with partners in government, NGOs, and funders to design and implement evidence‑based interventions.
• Help shape AI‑for‑good products that improve the scalability and cost‑effectiveness of social programs.
• Provide strategic guidance on learning, improvement, and scaling of impact initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managerial or senior managerial roles, preferably in data, research, or development sectors.
• Strong understanding of evidence‑based decision making and impact evaluation.
• Willingness to work in any of IDinsight’s offices across Africa or Asia, with preference for Delhi, Manila, Lusaka, Nairobi, Dakar, or Rabat.
• Commitment to the nonprofit mission of improving lives at scale.
