Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

Toradex is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant to support its global supply chain operations. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work across logistics, procurement and planning functions in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support inbound logistics by tracking shipments, verifying documents against purchase orders and posting goods receipts in the ERP system.
• Manage outbound logistics, maintain shipping instructions, coordinate with couriers and 3PL providers, and ensure accurate shipment data.
• Handle serial‑number tracking and prepare customs and trade‑compliance documentation such as HS codes.
• Assist warehouse operations: conduct cycle counts, process internal stock transfers, and support order returns.
• Act as deputy in procurement and planning, creating and releasing purchase orders, monitoring open PO status and following up with suppliers.
