Local Delivery Driver (2 positions) – Windhoek

About the role

The Depot Manager is seeking two local delivery drivers to operate from the Brakwater depot in Windhoek. The role involves safe handling, loading and delivery of consignments to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, load and unload consignments safely, reporting any damage before departure.
• Deliver consignments to designated areas, obtain proof of delivery and required documentation.
• Follow company procedures for refuelling, fuel cards and petty cash.
• Comply with health, safety, road and security regulations on all premises.
• Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Maintain a clean and presentable truck and cab, and ensure proper handling of fragile or high‑value items.

Required profile

• Grade 10/12 certificate.
• Minimum two years of applied driving experience.
• Valid Code C or CE driver’s licence with a current PDP.
• Police clearance certificate issued within the last three months.
• Namibian citizenship.
• Customer‑focused attitude, presentable appearance and good communication skills.
