Human Capital Business Partner

About the role

The Human Capital Business Partner will support senior management in shaping and executing HR strategies that drive organisational effectiveness. This role focuses on developing tactical people plans, advising on HR matters, and may lead a small team of HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance on all HR processes, including recruitment, selection, and employment in partnership with Business Unit Heads.
• Facilitate the HR calendar, performance management audits, and monthly MIS reporting.
• Support growth and retention strategies, manpower planning, and the culture transformation journey.
• Develop and implement change‑management, organisational design, and development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, incentive plans, and risk mitigation measures are effectively applied.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship with a relevant HR degree.
• 4‑5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and conflict‑management skills.
• Ability to think strategically, work under pressure, and travel as needed.
