German‑Speaking Live Chat Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native or near‑native German speaker to join a fast‑growing European drinks brand as a live‑chat customer service agent. The position is fully remote and operates on a flexible, on‑demand schedule that aligns with monthly marketing campaigns and seasonal peaks such as Black Week and the pre‑Christmas period.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and support requests via live chat in German.
• Adapt availability to campaign bursts, ensuring coverage during peak periods.
• Resolve issues with empathy, keeping the brand’s tone of voice consistent.
• Document interactions accurately and flag recurring problems to the internal team.
• Collaborate with other departments when needed to provide end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in written German.
• Previous experience in an e‑commerce or online retail environment.
• Strong written communication skills, calm under pressure and customer‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours during campaign windows.

Required skills

• Excellent written German.
