German‑Speaking B2B Outbound Agent

About the role

We are seeking a native German‑speaking professional to join a fast‑growing European clean‑energy company’s outbound team. The role focuses on recruiting independent sales partners – such as commercial agents, brokers, and real‑estate professionals – to expand the company’s partner network across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential sales partners by phone and clearly present the partnership model.
• Qualify interest and relevance, then schedule 1‑on‑1 consultations for the partner management team.
• Document call outcomes, objections, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share insights and recurring themes with the internal team.
• Follow data‑protection, compliance, and call‑guideline policies at all times.

Required profile

• Native German speaker.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B phone acquisition, telesales, or partner acquisition.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, energy, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Strong communication style with the ability to explain new business models simply.
• Excellent objection handling and disciplined follow‑up.
• Available during core hours 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday‑Friday.
