About the role

We are seeking an experienced German‑speaking independent professional to support B2B prospecting and initial market outreach for a software business. The role is part‑time and can be performed remotely, with coordination during German business hours. The freelancer will work independently, delivering defined business results without a fixed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify relevant business prospects within target markets.
• Initiate high‑quality conversations in German to engage potential clients.
• Create and hand over qualified opportunities for further discussion with the internal sales team.

Required profile

• Senior professional with proven experience in B2B sales development, prospecting or customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads for business software, SaaS or other technology solutions.
• Native‑level (C2) proficiency in spoken and written German.
• Ability to work part‑time and coordinate communications during German business hours (9:00–18:00 CET).
• Strong affinity for digital products and a results‑oriented mindset.
